Below is your new exercise for this week.  It is a standing exercise but very gentle and slow.  If you are unable to stand long enough to complete the exercises, try practicing one part of the complete set at a time.

Below is your seated exercise video for this week.  These exercises are intended to strengthen your rotator cuff and are performed lying on a bed although you might be able to do them sitting in a chair as well.

Below is your free weekly exercise video.  This one is for people who can stand comfortably and safely while working with a band that is tied around a doorknob.   You might be able to do these exercises sitting down.  Place your chair directly in front of the door but make sure the door is firmly closed.  I haven’t  tried this and would appreciate hearing from you if you do try a seated version of this.
