Below are two videos with short tapping exercises, one for the face and one for the whole body. In the whole body sequence, the instructor is standing. The sequence will work equally well for you even if you prefer to sit down. As always, please feel free to leave a comment on the videos in the “reply” box at the bottom of this post.
