This week I’m giving you a link to a summary of seated exercises that you can do with the aid of a resistance band and an exercise ball. Just click on the link below and it will open to the page of exercises. It isn’t a video but a series of drawings with explanations of each exercise. These movements work each part of the body and are meant to be used while sitting in a chair.
