This week we continue our study of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).  This recently developed alternative treatment combines the ancient Chinese theory of energy systems using meridians and acupuncture/acupressure points with current psychological modalities.  The purpose of tapping is to release emotional conflicts that impact our everyday lives.  Deep-seated emotional issues can lead to difficulty in social relationships, personal relationships, physical health, and energy levels.  Responses to buried emotional unease range from moderate dis-ease to serious and chronic health problems.  I would suggest using the tapping routine shown in the video at least once a day for better results.
