Below is your free new seated exercise for the week. Hopefully you already own an exercise band. If not, they are available in most drugstores and medical supply stores at a reasonable price. You will no doubt find many uses for it as you continue your exercise program. Please feel free to leave a comment in the “leave a reply” box below.
