Below is your free weekly exercise video. This one is for people who can stand comfortably and safely while working with a band that is tied around a doorknob. You might be able to do these exercises sitting down. Place your chair directly in front of the door but make sure the door is firmly closed. I haven’t tried this and would appreciate hearing from you if you do try a seated version of this.
