My apologies but I have a writing project that must be completed soon. Because of that, there won’t be a new exercise or acupressure point for two weeks.
I encourage you to scroll down and practice any of the previous exercises.
We’ll be back next week with a new exercise for insomnia and an acupressure point to help you fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night long.
