Yup.  It’s time for a new semester.  Summer certainly went by quickly!

We will be back next week with an all new exercise and acupressure point.

  1. I wait every week to read your posting. they are really wonderful. i am picking up exercises which i undersand wnd which i can include in my schedule. I will be always waiting Tai dhi exercises. thnnks to your organizaein for taking pains to improve the presenting as no on going process. thanks.
