I have been teaching martial arts for more than 20 years. While employed as Activities Director at a retirement community, I created a program of seated exercises based on the Yang short form. Fair Winds Press published my book, T’ai Chi in a Chair in June of 2001. Since that time, I’ve had the privilege of teaching many more people of varying ages and levels of fitness.
