 I have been teaching martial arts for more than 20 years.  While employed as Activities Director at a retirement community, I created a program of seated exercises based on the Yang short form.  Fair Winds Press published my book, T’ai Chi in a Chair in June of 2001.  Since that time, I’ve had the privilege of teaching many more people of varying ages and levels of fitness. 

If you are looking for an exercise program that is easy to learn and that can be practiced in the comfort of your own home, I encourage you to check my blog regularly since I will be adding new exercises at least once a week.  Please feel free to make comments or ask a question.  I will respond to them as soon as I can.
